In a medium sauce pan mix sugar, milk and butter.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil mixture for one minute.

Remove from heat and add peanut butter, cocoa and vanilla. Mix until blended.

Next, add oats and mix well.

Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool for 20 minutes until stood up.

Can also refrigerate.
