  • 1 1/2 lbpeeled and washed carrots
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 cupmirin
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 tspcornstarch
  • 14 ozcan of vegetable broth

  1. 1

    to a hot pot add carrots add mirin let it cook almost gone

    add broth and salt cook 7 minutes mix water and cornstarch add to carrots stir well till thickens
