Ingredients

6 servings
  • 5 tbspvegetable oil to saute
  • 1 largeyellow onion (sliced)
  • 3 clovegarlic (sliced)
  • 4 sliceginger
  • 6eggs (fried individually)
  • 2 slicechili
  • 3 tbspketchup
  • 8 dashdark soy sauce
  • 3 tbspthai chili sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry your eggs seperately and set aside.

  2. 2

    Saute your sliced onions, garlic, ginger,chilis till slightly soft about 2 min on large flame.

  3. 3

    Pour all sauces in. Stir well till slightly bubbles. Done!

  4. 4

    Pour the sauce on fried egg. Serve with white rice. Enjoy!
