Preheat oven to 180c

Boil all ingredients for puree

Start to cream together the butter and sugar for wet mix until white and creamy

Once puree mix has started to boil, blend it up

Gradually add an egg at a time to the wet mix, beat in well

Add the puree to the dry mix, leave a couple mins to cookl

Add the wet mix gradually to the new dry mix

Put into ramekins or oven proof container to cook

180c for 10mins

After turn the oven to 160, cook for a further 20mins

Out to cool and finished
