  • 85 gramsbutter
  • 340 gramscream cheese
  • 350 gramsicing sugar
  • 1 tspground vanilla
  • 1 tsporange or lemon zest
  • 1/4 tspcinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    all room temp. ingredients into tmx bowl and beat at 6 for 30sec

    with spatula distribute 1/3 onto top of bottom layer

  3. 3

    carefully place equally wide, but preferably a bit thinner upper layer on top

    now frost entire 2-layer cake and make swirls at the end for aesthetic look

    don't forget the sides!
