Melt-in-Your-Mouth Almond Tofu

I wanted to make a quick and easy recipe.
Step 2 - Be sure to check that the sugar has completely dissolved. Stir with a spoon and if it is not grainy, it's okay.
Step 3 - Stir the heated milk, completely dissolve the gelatin, and add the remaining (cold) milk.
Add the almond extract last. (This is for the aroma). Recipe by toshimasu

Steps
- 1
Put 50 ml of water into a bowl, sprinkle the gelatin on top, and soak for about 10 minutes.
- 2
Put 100 ml of milk and the sugar into a mug and microwave on low for about a minute to dissolve the sugar. If available, use the milk warming setting on your microwave.
- 3
Check that the sugar has dissolved into the milk, add it to the bowl from Step 1 and mix well. Add the remaining milk and almond extract, and mix well. Pour into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator.
- 4
If it's not sweet enough, top with honey or simple syrup when serving. In that case, add a couple drops of almond extract to make it even more aromatic!
