Ingredients

  1. 2mangos
  2. 1/3 cupsago pearl
  3. 1 1/2 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Soak sago pearl in water for about 5 minutes. Then put on stove to boil until they're translucent.

    After boiling the sago pearl, take them out and soak in cold water

  3. 3

    Next, cut both mangos into cubes.

    Mix 3/4 of the cut mangos with milk and blend until smooth.

  5. 5

    Put the blended mango as well as the sago in separate containers and leave to chill for about an hour or so. Make sure the sago doesn't clump up.

    Finally, you can serve it with the remaining cut mangos and sago as garnish. (: Enjoy!
