Steps

Take kadai add jaggery, water & boil it once it done remove the flame & cool it.

Take a bowl with besan, add the above mentioned the ingredients, mix well

Add jaggery water in besan mixture, tamarind pulp mix it well & make thick paste.

Take a patra leaves & clean the hole leaves

Apply besan mixture to the leaves & place the leaves above each other, it should contain 4 leaves.

Flip all sides & roll it.

Heat a steamer 5 min then put leaves to steam for 20 min.

Once the steaming is done let them cool & cut it into pieces

Heat a oil in a pan, hing,add sesame seeds & add the pieces of patra & shallow fry golden brown.

Serve with tomato ketchup, garnish coriander leaves.
