2 tbspflower
1 cupvegetable stock
1 candiced tomatoes
2 cupv8 juice
2 tspsugar
1 cupcream
1 bunchfresh basil
1 bunchfresh parsley
2 tbspfresh growned pepper
1 dashsalt

in a pot add butter, onions and garlic till tender. mix with flower. then add vegetable stock. add tomatos, v8 and cream. let simmer for 15 mins. add fresh herbs and salt and pepper.
