2 clovegarlic, finely chopped
1/2 tbspdairy-free spread/butter
400 gramscreamed corn, free from recipe in my profile
210 gramspumpkin puree
400 mlmilk of choice ie rice, coconut etc
1 pinchallspice
1 pinchcumin
1salt & pepper to taste
1 tbspsage leaves, finely chopped

Heat the butter in a pan and add the garlic. Cook over a medium heat until golden

Add the creamed corn, pumpkin, milk and seasonings

Stir and simmer until the soup almost boils
4

Reduce the heat, stir in the sage, cover and simmer gently for 15 minutes

Season to taste and serve
