Preheat oven to 350°

Mash crackers into fine crumbs, mix in seasonings of your choice. Examples are Lawry's, dill, pepper, red pepper, or any taste you prefer.

Stir eggs with fork and place in a bowl.

Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts into straps.

Dip chicken straps into eggs then roll into seasoned cracker mixture.

Place straps in Pam sprayed baking dish.

Dot butter over the strips. No need to pre melt.

Bake uncovered for 25 - 30 minutes till strips start to brown on the top.

While chicken is baking, throw the next 4 ingredients into a small pan. Raspberries, sugar, water with corn starch mixed in it.

cook over med heat breaking the berries with a wooden spoon as they heat up. Simmer till the sauce thickens, then keep on low heat till chicken is done.

Spoon some sauce on the plate. Lay chicken strips on top the spoon more sauce over the top of the strips.

Serve with side dishes of your choice. I like buttered noodles and mixed veggies to make a pretty dish that is appetizing to the eye.
