Ingredients

  1. 1 tspLarry's seasoned salt
  2. 1 tspGarlic powder
  3. 1 tbspCilantro
  4. 1/2 tspGround Pepper
  5. 1 gallonFrozen Ziploc bag
  6. 1/2 cupWater
  7. 1 smallOnion
  8. 1 cupItalian dressing

Cooking Instructions

    Pour chicken from gallon zip lock bag into a sprayed casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining ingredient cilantro. Pour half cup of water in 9x12 casserole dish and place in the oven for 45 minutes. I let stay in oven for 1 hour (I want it to be almost off the bone), but it will be ready in 45 minutes.

    Place check in and gallon bag with Italian dressing seasoning salt garlic powder and put in refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours

    You can cover for 15-20 minutes to keep the juices and leave uncovered for reminder of time.

    This dish was just for 3 people so you can add more chicken or add/eliminate ingredients as you wish, but from my experience it came out a delicious dish.
