  1. 2 tbspVegetable Oil
  2. 1 lbGround Turkey
  3. 15 ozUndrained Can of Black Beans
  4. 15 ozUndrained Can of Pinto Beans
  5. 15 ozUndrained Can of Diced Tomatoes
  6. 11 ozUndrained Can of Whole Kernel Corn
  7. 1 ozPackage of Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  8. 2 tbspChili Powder
  9. 20Rings of Jalepeño Peppers
  10. 2Bay Leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a 4 quart saucepan over medium heat. Heat onion, stirring occasionally, until browned, 8 to 9 minutes

  2. 2

    Add turkey and cook, breaking up into small bite sized pieces, until cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Poor cans of beans, corn, and tomatoes (including their juices) into the pot. Stir occasionally until liquid thickens. About 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Add onion, turkey, and other remaining ingredients. Let it sit on low flame for a few hours so it can extract the flavor from the bay leaves.
