White jello cake with colorful filling

Ingredients

  1. 400 gramssour cream
  2. 3normal fat curd
  3. 3/4 cupsugar
  4. 2 tbspgelatine
  5. 1coffee cup water
  6. 4colorful gelatine powders
  7. 1 pinchvanilla

    make colorful jellos in wide pans, so it becomes not very thick layer of colorful jello.

    freeze jellos for at least 4 hours

  3. 3

    mix tvorog, sour cream and sugar. it should become a creamy mass.

    add gelatine in 1 coffee cup water, and mixing thoroughly, heat until all gelatine resolves in water

  5. 5

    add hot gelatine mixture to tvorog mixture, add vanilla

  6. 6

    cut some star or other ornanents for the topping design from the thin colorful jellos, set aside.

    mix remaining colorful jellos into smaller pieces, add to the pan with the main mixture.

    mix everything, adding ornaments to the top.

  9. 9

    freeze the pan for at least 5 hours, overnight is best
