Quick, easy, delicious meal!

Quick and easy dinner. Did I mention it’s healthy too?

I can't completely take the credit for this recipe, as I picked it up somewhere online a while back. I've made my own tweaks but it's a simply, yet tasty recipe that doesn't take long to make and pleases all.

The family was at Edisto beach and this was a last minute treat for my son-in-law and I. As we came upon a fresh seafood store we decided to grab some shrimp, 2 pounds of jumbos to be exact. The discussion was grill or fry, we made the right choice. One pound of grilled heaven each. Thankfully the others weren't fans of shrimp.

I've tried a few scampi recipes, but this one has my vote! It's quick, easy, and is made with items I have on hand most of the time. Hope you will enjoy it as much as my family does 😋

Everyone from the Gulf states has their preferred version of this dish. What distinguishes Shrimp Creole from an Etouffe is tomatoes and tomato sauce. This is a recipe I have tweaked over the years and have grown to love, and so does my family.

I saw a recipe "somewhere" and have thought of it often. Tonight I made my version because I couldn't find it anywhere. So if it is someone here that had posted it ..,.. a big HATS OFF.
