Peel and slice the sweet potatoes.

Heat up the vegetable oil,cut the onion into two and put inside the vegetable oil onces is hot.

Then sprinkle salt on the sweet potatoes and put inside the hot vegetable oil to fry in a medium heat.

Fry for 2minutes,stur to fry the otherside and select out and pour inside the sieve to drain the oil.

It will have the onion taste and is taste so so good.
