Wash the chillies and drain them. Slit open the chillies

Take the peanuts and dry roast them and grind it well

Take all the powders and mix them well with ground nuts. Add a little mustard oil

Add the mustard oil as required to make the paste to fill in to chillies

Once stuffed saute' them in to oil well and eat with anything.
