Aaloo ko chil kar dho le aur uske pieces kaat le.paneer ko bhi cubes me kaat lein.

Non stick tawe par thoda oil daale paneer aur Aaloo ke pieces ko grill kar lein.

Kadhaie me tel garamkare usme pyaz ka paste bana kar daal de.Ab usme ginger-garlic paste,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder aur namak add karen.achche se bhune.

Tomato ki puree bana kar daale.

Jab masale se oil separate hone lage to usmen pheti hui cream aur curd dal kar mix karen.

Ab usmen paneer aur aaloo daal kar cook karein.usme gravyi ke liye sufficient water add karen.

Talmakhane ke lawe ko ghee me fry karen aur masale me daal dein.5-10 minute tak cook karein.garma garam aaloo paneer taiyyar..
