Ingredients

  • 6grated carrot
  • 1 1/2 tspfresh grated ginger
  • 3Green chille chopped
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • 1salt to taste
  • 1for Tampering
  • 1/3 tspmustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsphing (asafoetida)
  • 15curry leafs
  • 1fresh coriander for Garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In A Bowl Mix All The Ingredient Give below.

  2. 2

    In A heat oil in a pan. When the oil ia hot add mustered seeds, cumin seeds, hing(asafoetida), curry leaf. Mix well and add to carrot mixture.

    And Garnish with chopped Coriander leafs
