6grated carrot
1 1/2 tspfresh grated ginger
3Green chille chopped
1/2 tsplemon juice
1salt to taste
1for Tampering
1/3 tspmustard seeds
1/4 tsphing (asafoetida)
15curry leafs
1fresh coriander for Garnish

In A Bowl Mix All The Ingredient Give below.

In A heat oil in a pan. When the oil ia hot add mustered seeds, cumin seeds, hing(asafoetida), curry leaf. Mix well and add to carrot mixture.

And Garnish with chopped Coriander leafs
