Ingredients

  1. 3Eggs
  2. 1Pumpkin Purée
  3. 150 gramsPacked Brown Sugar
  4. 3/4 tspCinnamon
  5. 1/2 tspGinger
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1 tspNutmeg
  8. 395 gramsCondensed Milk
  9. 1Short crust pastry

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat oven to 220°F

  2. 2

    Whisk pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, nutmeg, eggs and milk until combined.

  3. 3

    Pour mixture into pie crust

  4. 4

    Bake for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 175°F and bake for another 30 - 40 minutes
