1 tspNutmeg
395 gramsCondensed Milk
1Short crust pastry

Pre-heat oven to 220°F

Whisk pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, nutmeg, eggs and milk until combined.

Pour mixture into pie crust

Bake for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 175°F and bake for another 30 - 40 minutes
