Ingredients

  • 3Eggs
  • 1Pumpkin Purée
  • 150 gramsPacked Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 tspCinnamon
  • 1/2 tspGinger
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspNutmeg
  • 395 gramsCondensed Milk
  • 1Short crust pastry

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat oven to 220°F

  2. 2

    Whisk pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, nutmeg, eggs and milk until combined.

  3. 3

    Pour mixture into pie crust

  4. 4

    Bake for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 175°F and bake for another 30 - 40 minutes
