1/3 cupFrank's hot sauce
1/4 cupWorcestershire sauce
1/4 cupSriracha
2 tspNutmeg
1 1/2 lbChicken - cutlets, strips, thighs, breast... Wtvr u want

Cut chicken into small pieces

Mix all ingredients together

Put ingredients and chicken in ziplock bag put in fridge to marinade for a while

Heat grill on medium high
5

Put chicken pieces on skewer sticks
6

Move heat to low/medium Grill chicken skewers 3-4 min or until ready
