Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 cupLight brown sugar
  • 1/2 cupVinegar
  • 1/3 cupFrank's hot sauce
  • 1/4 cupWorcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cupSriracha
  • 2 tspNutmeg
  • 1 1/2 lbChicken - cutlets, strips, thighs, breast... Wtvr u want

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken into small pieces

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients together

  3. 3

    Put ingredients and chicken in ziplock bag put in fridge to marinade for a while

  4. 4

    Heat grill on medium high

  5. 5

    Put chicken pieces on skewer sticks

  6. 6

    Move heat to low/medium Grill chicken skewers 3-4 min or until ready
