Ingredients

  1. 4 lbred potatoes
  2. 6 clovefresh chopped garlic (depending on the sizes. if using extra large cloves, try 4)
  3. 1 cupsour cream
  4. 3/4 stickbutter
  5. 1 cuphalf and half
  6. 1salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Depending on how much skin you like, give the potatoes a partial peel. Wash and cut into small pieces.

    Boil potatoes until soft

  3. 3

    Drain, put in bowl and add butter

  4. 4

    Mash potatoes to melt the butter

  5. 5

    Add sour cream, chopped garlic. Using electric mixer, whip potatoes until well combined

  6. 6

    Slowly add half and half while still mixing. Whip potatoes until creamy with few lumps.

    Season and stir in salt and pepper.
