I tried so many time to make a perfect crunchy chocolate chip cookies. It was nice try but after A few time of "just nice result", i came out with some self adjustment of the actual recipe. & it's perfect just like i want.

With this recipe, u can also replace chocolate chips with nuts, raisins or maybe m&m.

Ingredients

  1. Group A (dry ingredients)
  2. 2 cupall-purpose flour
  3. 1/2 cupcornstarch
  4. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  5. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. Group B
  8. 1 cupunsalted butter
  9. 1 tbspshortening
  10. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  11. 1/2 cupgranulated sugar
  12. 2 tbspvanilla extract
  13. 1 tspcoffee oil (optional)
  14. 1eggs
  15. 1 cupchocolate chips

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Prepare ingredients Group A in a bowl.

  2. 2

    In a different bowl, mix all together ingredients Group B

  3. 3

    Combined Group A into Group B. Gently mix until form a doh.

  4. 4

    Plastic wrap the doh & Keep refrigerated for a well combine perfect flavor (minimum 2hours until a maximum 3days)

  5. 5

    Take a teaspoon size of doh & form a small ball on baking sheet paper. Press gently. Baked at 350° for 20 minutes.

  6. 6

    Once done, let it cool & served it with cold fresh milk.
