Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsfresh white beans /frozen
  2. 2 largetomato
  3. 1 stalkcelery
  4. 1 largeonion
  5. 1 largecarrots
  6. 1 pinchdried oregano
  7. 1/4 cupparsley
  8. 5 tbspolive oil
  9. 1salt and pepper
  10. 1 literwater
  11. 1 tsptomato paste
  12. 1 tspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    cut all the vegetables into small pcs..

  2. 2

    boil the beans until half done...about 30mins...

  3. 3

    put all the remaining ingredients except for parsley ..and simmer until the vegies are soft as well as the bean..
