Ingredients

  • 500 gramsfresh white beans /frozen
  • 2 largetomato
  • 1 stalkcelery
  • 1 largeonion
  • 1 largecarrots
  • 1 pinchdried oregano
  • 1/4 cupparsley
  • 5 tbspolive oil
  • 1salt and pepper
  • 1 literwater
  • 1 tsptomato paste
  • 1 tspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    cut all the vegetables into small pcs..

  2. 2

    boil the beans until half done...about 30mins...

  3. 3

    put all the remaining ingredients except for parsley ..and simmer until the vegies are soft as well as the bean..
