Paneer matar masala

Heat 2-3 tablespoons refined oil in a cooker and add green cardamom.

Then add onions and ginger (coarsly fine)paste. Sauté till lightly browned.
Then add fine tomatoes paste and saute till relased oil. - 3
Add kashmiri Mirch powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder.
Stir fry for 4-5 minutes when paste relased oil. - 4
Add peas and paneer in it. Fry it for 4-5 minutes.

Adding a little water(quantity of water depends on the consistency of gravy u want).
Add salt according to ur taste. - 6
Cover the cooker lid and wait for 1 whistle...
After 1 whistle.. Slow down the gas for 5-6 minutes and off the gas. - 7
Serve with little butter and green coriander leaves.
