Ingredients

10 minutes
10-15 servings
  1. 1 bowlFennel seeds (saunf)
  2. 6 tablespoon Cumin seeds (jeera)
  3. 3 tablespoon Carrom seeds (ajwain )
  4. 1/2 tablespoonCardamom powder

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add fennel seeds (saunf)

  2. 2

    Then cumin seeds (jeera)

  3. 3

    Then add carrom seeds (ajwain)

  4. 4

    Dry roast all three ingredients for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Keep mixing till you get good aroma

  6. 6

    Once done cool it completely

  7. 7

    Add cardamom powder & mix well

  8. 8

    Store it in a air tight box

  9. 9

    It contains potassium, calcium, zinc, vitamin c, and iron.
