First soak the dhal overnight and pressure cook it for 7 whistles.

In a pan take oil about two teaspoon add jeera hing onions ginger garlic paste and green chilli and sauté well. Then add the cooked dhal.. take a little and make a paste in mixy so that it all comes together. Add dhaniya powder and chilli powder and boil for a while. Then add the milk and bring it to a boil then add salt to taste. Add Coriander for garnish.

For stir fry take a cup of baby corn one medium capsicum and one aloo and medium onion green chilli half teaspoon soya sauce salt to taste. First sauté the onion with ginger garlic paste half teaspoon then add the veggies salt to taste soya sauce green chilli and cook well and serve.
