Ingredients

1/2 cupboiled rice
1 cupboiled sweet corn
50 gm butter
1 onion Finely chopped
1 tbspparsley
300 gramzucchini
2egg
1 tbspbread crumb
as per tasteSalt
as per tasteWhite pepper powder

Steps

Put boiled rice in a bowl and add grated zucchini, onion, corn, butter and mix it well.

Now add egg and bread crumb, salt and pepper and chopped parsley.

Now make patties of it and shallow fry them from both side.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
