  • 1/2 cupcanola oil
  • 1/4 cupcider vinegar
  • 1 cloveminced garlic
  • 1 tspseasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 1/2 lbgreen beans
  • 1/2 lbyellow wax beans
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 1yellow bell pepper
  • 1zucchini
  • 1summer squash

    Preheat grill to medium

  2. 2

    Cut 6 12 by 18 inch pieces of foil

  3. 3

    In a large bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, seasoned salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Add vegetables; toss to coat. Divide vegetables evenly between foil. Drizzle with remaining dressing

  5. 5

    Fold foil and place seam side up on grill.

  6. 6

    Cook for 20 mins.
