Tuna & Spinach Soy Milk Pasta

I'm always busy around lunchtime so I came up with a dish that I could make very quickly.
It is rather light and very easy to eat.
This is a soupy pasta so serve it on a deep plate or in a bowl.
The 5-minute cooking time is for thin pastas such as spaghettini or fedelini.
Adjust the amount of tuna to your liking.
You don't have to parboil the spinach. You can just microwave it raw.
The soy milk can be replaced cow's milk. Recipe by erikomri

Mix the soy milk into the mixture from Step 2 and microwave for a further 1 minute to complete the sauce. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve on a plate. Sprinkle some coarsely ground black pepper over the top if you like.
