Prepare the tahini-yogurt sauce in a blender: combine the yogurt, tahini, a pinch of salt, lemon juice, and spices.

Once the sauce is smooth, pour it over the chickpeas. Garnish as desired.

Fry the garlic in vegetable oil and spoon it over the top. Garnish with paprika and serve.
