Mix all ingredients for meatballs well until the meat sticks together.

Form into small balls and brown in olive oil over medium heat.

Take meatballs and bake at 350°F until cooked through (10-20 minutes depending on how well they cooked during browning).

For gravy: fry onions and mushrooms in the pan you browned the meatballs in, leaving the drippings in there.

Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until bubbly.

Pour the gravy over the meatballs. Sprinkle with some parsley. Enjoy!
