This recipe is great tasting and easy to make for yourself or your next party.

I have made it before without the cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup but those two ingredients add an additional layer of flavor and creaminess that I think makes it that much better.

1 packages(32oz) Velveeta Cheese
1 packages(8oz) Cream Cheese
1 can(10oz) Rotel
1 can(10.75oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 lbGround Beef or Sausage

Brown ground beef or sausage over medium heat and then set aside.

Cut up Velveeta and Cream Cheese into cubes and place in crock pot.

Pour in cream of mushroom soup, stirring everything together. Put crock pot on a low setting.

After about 30 minutes add in browned meat and continue to cook stirring occasionally until everything is melted and mixed together well.

Serve!
