Take a heatpoof pan brush little butter to it In hot pan add 2tbsp sugar add 1tbsp water Mix sugar and water keep stove heat on medium

When sugar starts browning swirl the pan to even browning when it's light brown remove from heat add caramelized sugar into the buttered pan evenly spreadand wait for to cool down

In anotherb add 1 egg,2tbsp sugar and gently mix. add 1/2 cup milk and mix evrything.

Caramelized sugaar is set pour the egg milkmixture into caramelized pan

Take a wide pan and puta paper towel put pudding pan into it add water into a big pan as it. cover the pudding pan. reduce heat to medium low cover and cook 20-25 minutes

Check pudding with knife if knife comes clear that means pudding is done

Pudding tocome at room temprature then put into the refrigerator cool down scrape the sides with knife place the serving plate over pudding pan and flip carefully, remove pan and garnish with almonds.
