Steamed healthy dhokla made in minutes using besan with a colorful tempering.
Steps

Add 1/4th cup water to 1/2 cup gram floor. Mix salt and turmeric powder and sugar. Keep it thicker and spread it in a pan

Add 1/4th cup water to 1/2 cup gram floor along with green Chillies paste and green colour. Add salt to taste. Spread it on the yellow batter.

Grease the steaming tin with 2 drops of oil and por the mixture into it. Steam for about 15-20 minutes or till cooked.

In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chillies. Let it splutter.
Pour the tadka over the prepared dhokla.

Cut into pieces and serve.
