6large potatoes
1 tablespoonmargarine/butter
1 cupbreadcrumbs
1egg
Spices of choice
(I used 1teaspoon black pepper and paprika,1 tablespoon turmeric)
to tasteSalt

Steps

Boil potatoes

Mash the boiled potatoes

Mix in,the spices and margarine/butter.

Make round balls using your hands and put them on the plate.Put the egg and breadcrumbs on separate plates.

After heating your cooking oil,fry the potato balls.

Place them on a bowl or plate
7

Serve with hot stew/sauce or cold salad
