Heat oil in pan soute peanut till brown and remove..keep them aside

Again put oil for frying..ven it hot add heeng, mustard seed,then sliced onion...vn onion cooked..add chopped tomatoes...and add green chilli..

Add potatoes and cook on low flame until they soft...add peanut and washed poha...and mix well..add salt..again mix..cook for 1-2 min..add chopped coriander leaves...

Serve with green chutney...
