Steps

Spread some butter on both side of the bread. Using a non stick pan, toast the bread (both side over low heat) until golden brown. Set aside.

Place the ham in the pan and heat for 10sec for both side. Set aside.

Beat the eggs lightly in a bowl. Add in a little salt and pepper. Beat well and pour the egg mixture into the pan (low heat). Using a spoon, stir the mixture and add in milk and cheese. Keep stirring until the egg mixture slowly dry up and now, you have your scramble eggs!

Serve while it's hot!
