Steps

In a bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg mix well.

Add oil, milk, egg and vanilla mix well.

Heat oil drop by spoon into hot oil fry until light brown on both sides.

Drain on paper towel, cool down.

Then glaze the doughnuts--- Melt brown chocolate and white chocolate

For melting chocolate heat water in any utensil and place the second utensil with crushed chocolate, cook on medium flame.

Until chocolate gets pouring consistency them off flame.

Dip doughnuts in a melted chocolate place on serving plate garinsh stars & serve.
