  1. 2 bunchesspinach(rinsed and chopped)
  2. 1onion(chopped)
  3. 1knorrox cube
  4. 1 teaspoonsteak and chops spice
  5. 1 teaspoonpaprika
  6. 1packer cream of mushroom soup
  7. For mashed potatoes
  8. 4potatoes(chopped)
  9. 1 teaspoonaromat
  10. 150 grama
  11. For pumpkin
  12. 500 gpumpkin(hubbard squash chopped)
  13. 1 tablespoonbrown sugar
  14. Pinchsalt
  15. For coleslaw
  16. Grated cabbage
  17. 3carrots(grated)
  18. 1\2 cup mayonnaise

Steps

2 hours
  1. 1

    Boil spinach,add onion and spices cook until it's soft then add knorrox cube and thicken with cream of mushroom soup

  2. 2

    Boil potatoes until soft then dream water add a bit of Rama,aromat and mash

  3. 3

    Boil pumpkin add sugar and pinch of salt cook until its soft and ready to be mashed

  4. 4

    In a bowl mix cabbage and carrots then add mayonnaise

  5. 5

    Served with grilled chicken and rice
