Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupbutter (melted)
  2. 3egg yolks (NO WHITES)
  3. 1 Tblslemon juice
  4. 1/4 Tspdijon mustard
  5. Pepper
  6. Dashhot sauce
  7. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add everything EXCEPT melted butter into a blender and blend for 5 seconds

  2. 2

    Place blender on high and SLOWLY add melted butter. Sauce should thicken almost immediately. Once thickened serve immediately
