Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupbutter (melted)
  • 3egg yolks (NO WHITES)
  • 1 Tblslemon juice
  • 1/4 Tspdijon mustard
  • Pepper
  • Dashhot sauce
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add everything EXCEPT melted butter into a blender and blend for 5 seconds

  2. 2

    Place blender on high and SLOWLY add melted butter. Sauce should thicken almost immediately. Once thickened serve immediately
