Ingredients

1 cupgram flour
1onion
1green chilli
1/2 tspajwain
1 pinchturmeric powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
2 tspgrated paneer
2 tspreadymade namkeen
to tastesalt
as neededoil

Steps

Peel and finely chopped onion.

Add gram flour,ajwain,green chilli,salt,turmeric powder and red chilli powder in a mixing bowl.

Add enough water and make a cheela batter.

Grease oil on tawa pour cheela batter and make cheela.

Shallow fry from both sides.

Transfer into a sering plate spread grated paneer and namkin.
7

Serve with chutney and sauce.
