Egless Cup Cake with Milkmaid & Aampapad

Preheat the oven at 180degree centigrade with both the element on for 10minutes.

Grease the Cup Cake moulds with refine oil & dusted with flour.

Seive flour,baking powder, baking soda together 3-4 times in a bowl.

In another bowl beat condensed milk till light & fluffy,add refined oil & beat again.Add sugar(grand it in a grander), milk to this wet ingredients.Whisk well.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture.

Finally add the vanilla extracts.

Mix well& make sure there are no lumps.

Pour the batter into the greased cup cakes mould.Then sprinkle Aaam papad pieces, grated almonds & raisins.

Bake into a preheated oven for 18-20 minutes on lower element on.

Check the cake by inserting a toothpick in the centre.If thoothpick comes out clean then the cake is ready.

Let it cool in the mould for 5 minutes.Then loose the sides of the mould using a knife & then remove it.
