Firstly wash and boil Mirch and cut each and slit(middle may and take out seed frm each Mirchi)and keep fr cooling. Mirchi may amchur powder dal me rakho fr few mins

And a bowl make batter f besan and put salt 1tsp red chilli powder and little cooking soda

Put oil in a pan,heat oil and a medium flame and each Mirchi,till it becomes brown

Make raitha from dahi and put bhoodi and boiled potatoes cubes and make three pieces raitha rair f Mirchi ke pakode ka and dip and dahi

Lastly serve chill and put green chutney over it taste yummy
