Sautee rice lightly in oil in sauce pan on medium heat. Be sure to coat rice in oil. Add salsa, chili powder, cumin and mix together. Add broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir.
