  1. 225 gramsPlain Flour
  2. 1 pinchSalt
  3. 300 mlMilk
  4. 4 largeEggs
  5. Oil for baking tray

    Sift flour and salt into bowl.

  2. 2

    Beat eggs

  3. 3

    Add eggs and half milk to flour and beat till smooth

  4. 4

    Mix in rest of milk then leave to rest

  5. 5

    Set oven to 220°C

  6. 6

    Put spoon of oil in each pot and heat.

  7. 7

    Three quarters fill each hole.

  8. 8

    Bake in 15 to 20 mins.
