Marinate the chicken strips with all the ingredients for about 1 hour.

Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the chicken strips until they are golden brown.

Mix soy sauce, hoisine sauce, vinegar, cornflour, brown sugar, salt and a little amount of water in a bowl.

Heat oil in another kadai.
Add onion, garlic, chilli peppers, capsicum, red bell peppers, zucchini, stir for 30 seconds. - 5
Add Sauce mixture and saute on high flame.

Add fried chicken strips.

Serve hot.
