Came across this recipe on a website and thought biscuit cake..that's got to be biscuit-y! How can it be a soft moist cake.. but omg! this cake is an absolute delight.. esp for budding chefs :)

Came across this recipe on a website and thought biscuit cake..that's got to be biscuit-y! How can it be a soft moist cake.. but omg! this cake is an absolute delight.. esp for budding chefs :)

preheat oven to 180C
- 2
mix all the ingredients except the fruit salt, till you get a velvety smooth texture
- 3
add the fruit salt and the cake battee will froth . do not over mix
- 4
place in the oven,uncovered, and bake for 12-14 min and insert toothpick and check for doneness
- 5
cool the cake once done. you can keep a slice of fresh bread on the cake while it's cooling. This step hardens the bread and softens the cake. Decorate with icing and enjoy
